Wowzers! Look at all those kids! Crazy Carter/Doty clannies! Seriously we have some dang cute kids! Adam and Linsey came down for Memorial day and we all got together to swim over at Trina's. So much fun!
I think my kids have an obsession.
All of them will not swim without the silly things! Even JD but he never sticks around for me to take pictures. He's the worst one about the goggles too!
Such a fun afternoon. So grateful for my family that is not blood! They are some of my favorite people ever!

5th Grade Graduation
No freaking way! Where did the time go? He's going to be a 6th grader. It's heartwrenching, but also so much fun. He's such a good kid and I am so proud of him and things he's accomplished in 10 short years! It's so fun that he will always be by Baylee for the rest of their lives. Good things our last names are so close. Imagine with me now, the high school graduation! Oh, it makes me cry. So grateful for Baylee and for the friendship these two share.
Woot, woot! Diplomas in hand! We are officially movin' on baby!
Not sure what this picture was from! But super cute. I don't know where this kid came from. He's such a ham!
Again with the ham. This was the student council awards.
And presidential fitness awards. The kids an over achiever dang it.
Singing the hawk song one more time! Speaking of moving on, Mrs. Barnum will be missed as well. What a sad, sad day. Losing my baby to Lava Ridge and losing my principal I have loved working with all these years.
What a couple of goof balls. We love to tease them that their wedding album will have lots of pictures of them from bare bums in the tub, all the way till engagement :). But they really are best buddies. They have each others backs and I love that.
So proud of my boy. He is awesome. I am proud of him for watching out for the under dog. For caring enough at the age of 8 to start a school food drive and to do it again the next year. For doing student council, for working hard at school, for being a friend to everyone, for reading with Avery, for reading every book on war in the Red Mountain Library. I'm so proud of the geography bees and even all the times I had to page him, because he never made it to the car on time, because he was helping clean the classroom.
Gosh, how did I get so blessed?

Kindergarten Graduate
My baby, isn't much of a baby anymore! SOB!!!! She's graduated for Kindergarten and ready to become a big kid. Gosh I love her!
I love this picture. Sweet David. He's Piper's buddy. She watches out for him. And look at those sparkling eye's. You can tell that she is mischievous.
Losing her hat! Just got her diploma from Mrs. Moore!
This photo speaks volumes about Piper. She's the jokester, the funny girl, the life of the party, the obnoxious one! The list could go on and on. She is who she is.
Funny story about picture day. I totally forgot about it and so she has on a kitty cat shirt and a side pony tail. She also did her make up that day, so she is looking awesome! But I opted not to have them retaken, because this is our normal, every day life. The everyday things will be the things we remember.
So proud of her. She's so grown up and while it makes me sad, I can't wait to see where life will take her .

Beautiful Sabbath
It's been a sad week. Sometimes, things happen and we don't understand why. I just needed out, to play and to laugh with my family. So here is what we did.

Grandpa Lawrence
I had the privelage of attending the funeral for my grandpa, John Thomas Lawrence. He was a retired airman. He was able to buried in the Mira Mar National Cemetary in Sand Diego.
This is my favorite picture from the day. Such a touching moment when they handed that flag to my swee grandma.
Here is my grandma with almost all of her grandkids. The only one missing is Priscilla! So sad she couldn't make it. I don't even think we have a picture of all of us from being children. We were so scattered and it had been years and years since I had seen any of Uncle Davids kids. Back Row: Michelle, Sherry, Micheal, Willy, Austin, Danny and front row is Me, Amber, Grandma and Jason.
Great-Grand-Kids! Michelle was able to bring her two girls, Micheal brought his oldest two boys, I had Jd and of couse Ambers cute little Chadwick! These kids instantly hit it off and JD was sad to leave "his people" behind. All of them have been military kids so he thinks they are the coolest kids in the whole entire world.
Whew, that's a lot of us and quite a few are missing! What a group!
My family and grandma. I love this picture. The leading up to it moments are hillarious. It's no wonder Danny and JD are goofy. They are rleated to my grandma!
Amber and Austin! What a duo! Austin lived with grandma and grandpa for a few years so he grew pretty close to those California cousins of ours!
Me and my baby brother. Seriously, the Privitt blood runs thick through our veins. We defiently have the Privitt look.
Jd was in heaven! He would have stayed at the cemetary all day if he could have. He was so happy that I took him and that he got to attend the funeral. It was a pretty neat day for my military kid.
