Cute girls

This girl is growing up so fast.  It's hard to believe my baby is 7!!
One of the besites got baptized today, but which one is it? Adilyn or Addison?  It was Adilyn!  The girls made a deal that as they each get baptized they will wear ttheir baptism dress to the next baptism and in June, when Piper is finally baptized they will all have their white dresses on.  Super cute!
(Piper, Adilyn, Jordyn & Addison)
I'm glad Piper has such a good group of girls to run with.
They are so silly and so goofy and so pretty!  We are in for it in a few years!
This level of cuteness should not be allowed!  Love this spunky little gal so much!

Fall Carnival

This first picture isn't actually from the carnival.  It's from the Ivins City Firehouse open house that was held the night before the carnival.  It was the only picture I got and to cute not to share!
  Check out my cute doggie!
Tyson waiting in line for a game and cute Meagan behind him!
Chantel, KJ, Olivia, Tyson & Logan waiting in line for the frog pond. If you look close you can see Baylee & JD in the background running games.

I never get many pictures, because I am busy on carnival days! This was the 8th carnival that Mandee and I have done.  It was also our last.  It was great, it was awesome and slightly awkward at moments, but it's over and done.  I'm grateful for the chance I have had to help all these years and am grateful for all the fun times it provided to my children and all the children in the school. Grateful that I got to do them with Mandee and grateful we survived. Grateful for a husband who humors me and helps me in all my crazy endeavors and again so grateful we are done with carnival!

Staheli Farm Field Trip

I had a chance to spend the day at Staheli Farm with Tyson's 4th grade class.  Here is a picture of him and his girlie Olivia. So sad that she is moving on Saturday.  It's breaking our hearts!
Checking out some clay samples.
The best way to get clay off your hands?  Well you rub it on your face!  Bahaha, it was so funny.  They all totally fell for it.
Look at taht cute kid in the Nike shirt.  Don't tell anyone, but I kinda love him!
Checking out some sheep.  I should have gotten a picture of the poor sheep.  They were shearing him a little bit at a time and he was pretty ragged looking by the time we got to him.  The kids were able to feel the wool and learn about all the uses for it.
Me and my boy.  I'm making more of an effort to get in front of the camera, even if it is a selfie.
Mrs. Hancey's fourth grade class.
I convinced Tyson to try some honey.
Apparently he didn't like it.
Silly boy!

River Day 2

We loved the river so much we decided to go back the next day because it was a half-day of school.  We brought the Ferrin kiddo's with us.

Logan kept telling me it was the best day of his life!  They had so much fun just digging in the dirt.  The boys made a damn out of garbage, which I believe was sticks & rock.  I didn't see any litter.
We took the obnoxious beasties with us. They had so much fun.  Especially Thora.
Roxy spent a big chunk of her time laying down on the sand at my feet.  You can tell she's starting to get older.  She had a blast for the first hour before was tuckered out.

 Mudpies are a girls best-friend.
Tyson took all his gold panning paraphernalia, but they didn't even do it.
Such a fun afternoon with some fun kiddo's!

A Hunting we will go....

JD turned 12 this year and he got to go hunting for the first time.  He didn't actually  draw, but he got to go out with dad & grandpa on the elk hunt.  He had a lot of fun and he worked too!  This picture cracks me out. He had to dig the jeep out after they got it stuck.  Look at that grin on grandpa's face!
Josh said that everytiem something would move, be it a bird or a squirrel, JD instantly thought it was an elk.
He even got to drive a little bit.  He was so stoked about that.  Heard he did a great job!
Even though this picture is blurry, I love it!  I am so glad they are both passionate about something and can share it with each other.
 Grandpa & JD.
Awww, I love this one too! Such handsome guys I have.
Awww gramps & his little boy!  This is a great picture courtesy of Jaders.
I'm so glad he was able to go and to spend time with his dad and grandpa.  I'm excited they made him work! It's good for kids to work and spend time in nature.  They didn't shoot anything but they mad a lot of memories that will last forever.

Sunday Afternoon Adventure

Sunday after conference we went on a little drive to get out of the house. We headed out twoards Gunlock and found this spot on the river and decided to stop and take a walk along the riverbed.
Tyson and Piper were in heaven!  They loved it.
Piper loves to be anywhere there is mud.
Tyson loves to be anywhere there is rocks.
It's the perfect hang out place for my kids!

Tuckered out

We had a busy weekend.  Two nights in a row.  Guess we wore her out.

Apples

We found a fun little apple orchard out in Apple Valley. We decided to make the drive out there to pick apples after the Saturday afternoon session of conference.
We went out with Shelley & Addison, and also Tiffany and her crew.
 Tyson loved picking apples.
He even tried one!!!  Which for Tyson is a huge thing!
He likes it, Tyson likes it!
Shelley, Addison & Piper.  I felt bad afterwards that I didn't think to get a picture with my kiddo's.  I get so busy behind the camera I forget to get in front of it.
Look at that yummy light and that gorgeous girl!
Such a fun experience and we will for sure be going back next  year to do this again.

St. George Marathon Kids Race

My runner child, still not sure where he gets that desire from. Not him momma!
Olivia and Piper came to cheer him on!
Awww.  Puppy love is cute!  She is moving next week and that is going to be hard for both of them.
He came in about 20th, but there were so many kids.  He was so red and had sweat just dripping down his face.  He asked me where the cooling station was!  Bahahaha, I was like you ran a mile, not 26.2.
Super proud of this kid.  I certainly love him a lot.
